Hello! Friendly neighborhood mod, here, following up on the poll I posted a few days ago.

Amnesty Day was overwhelmingly approved by the comm, which is wonderful and completely understandable. However, my two biggest concerns about it are:
1) propensity to procrastinate
and 2) we should be able to uphold the people who *are* able to honor a prompt in the 24-hour time limit.

Fortunately, I think I've come up with a solution that I think will work for everybody.

This upcoming August 31st will be the first official Amnesty Day. We'll try it out for a few months, and if it doesn't work for whatever reason we'll work with the guidelines. The rules stated above will also be put in the 31_days userinfo. If you have any questions or comments, please let me know! <3 I really think this is going to be a great addendum to this comm.
