Megatron tapped his fingers together as he watched the radar. He imagined the markers were moving exactly as he had predicted -- and at least a few were moving as planned. Inferno was where he was supposed to be. Blackarachnia was where she was expected to be. Tarantulus was exactly where Megatron wanted him to be.

And the Maximals were probably going to mess it all up, as usual.

He watched, waited, gave commands, then waited more. Let's have it then, what are those wretched Maximals going to do this time?

In a few minutes he found himself delighted. I should have predicted that, as well. Primal, you are a complete and utter fool. He laughed out loud and opened a comm frequency to the space-bound pod.

The alien weapon finished unfolding. The pod was true to its course. Megatron laughed again.

"Megatron!!" Primal's howl of frustration could be heard over the still-open line. Then it went dead. Getting rid of one pest was just as good as another. Tarantulus could always be dealt with later.

The previously disguised alien weapon was an added bonus.
