Keiichi and Belldandy spread a blanket on a hillside near the temple. They lay back to gaze up at a clear night sky.

"This year's Perseid meteor shower will be beautiful," Belldandy said.

"Everybody I know has been anticipating it," Keiichi said. "We've got a clear sky and a new moon."

Belldandy pointed. "Look! There's one now."

"Wow," said Keiichi. "It looks like it's coming... directly towards us... AIEEE!!"

Keiichi and Belldandy held each other closely as a tiny meteor struck earth only a few meters from them.

Belldandy looked around, and shouted. "PEORTH!! No one likes a sore loser!!"
