There were several things Sakura would have wanted changed.

Making her brother stop calling her brat was at the top of her list.

Being able to see Syaoran and Meiling again was the second one down.

Having more memories of her mother was something else she wished to change.

Her grade on her paper for social studies on religion was another thing she would've gotten around to changing.

And then there were things she wouldn't change.

Like her friendship with Tomoyo

Her friendship with Syaoran.

Knowing Yukito.

Her loving brother and father.

And something she definitely would not change was her destiny as mistress of the Clow Cards. Otherwise she wouldn't have met Syaoran, wouldn't be as close to Tomoyo, wouldn't know how much her brother loved her, wouldn't have experienced magic.

And she certainly wouldn't have met the curious and quirky Cereberus.

If she had actually passed her social studies paper, she may have compared the majestic beast charged with her protection to god's lioness.
But she was happy with her life and wouldn't have changed a thing.
