Jo threw the teacup across the room.
The Doctor ducked. "Now look," he said, raising both hands, "I know the Master was holding you prisoner, but I did rescue you and saved the world --"
"It's not that," Jo fumed. "Do you know what I saw while I was in his TARDIS?"
"I shudder to think."
Jo was almost too angry to speak. "I saw a copy of the TARDIS Owner Operations Manual. And he'd read it, Doctor! He'd read it! He'd even put markers in for the important bits!"
"Um," the Doctor said, as the TARDIS console started smoking again.
