Solution: tell him he shouldn't have been meddling with cough mixture in first place.

Return to work.

Problem: Captain had some of the cough mixture on other hand too and is now attached to her shoulder.

(Solution: kill Captain.)

Solution: march Captain to Fourth Division to get cough mixture removed.
