Urd and Keiichi looked up at a bright and beautiful rainbow.

"I know you're not literally a Norn from Norse mythology," Keiichi asked, "but is a rainbow actually a bridge to Asgard?"

"Actually," Urd said, "it's a hyperspace bypass that leads to the New Jersey Turnpike."

"Ha ha," Keiichi said. "Very funny."

"You don't believe me?" Urd said. "I'll show you." She took Keiichi's hand, and they flew away, up towards the rainbow.

                

Fifteen minutes later, Urd and Keiichi stood next to the New Jersey Turnpike.

"The more I learn about the Universe," Keiichi said, "the less sense it makes."
