Some people, Sanzou reflected sourly, would not be treating this as a personal holiday trip put together with their particular tastes in mind, with a heavy emphasis on youkai au naturel and a regular side order of villagers bien frappe.

Some people would not be looking on this as some kind of fucking honeymoon, where you got to travel across the world and make noisy bed-shattering love in dozens of crappy cheap hotel rooms.

Some people would not be treating this as an all-expenses paid therapy trip where they got to work out their personal traumas and anxieties, usually by killing people in violent ways. Or with sarcasm. He wasn't sure which was worse.

Unfortunately, he was the only person currently in the jeep who was such a person. Him and Jeep itself.

And he wasn't too sure about Jeep, either.
