Belldandy brought Keiichi's dinner to his room, and set it down by his desk. "Are your engineering studies going well, Keiichi?" she asked.

"As well as they could," Keiichi said. "I'm sorry that I can't spend more time with you, this evening. I've got too much homework to finish."

"Please don't worry," Belldandy said. "Just remember, Keiichi— I shall be waiting for you... and I would do anything for you."

Keiichi silently watched his goddess girlfriend leave the room. And then, unable to get Belldandy's words out of his head, he ran for the bathroom, for a quick cold shower.
