"We don't actually have to carry bows or any other weapon," Ryouto said. "Er. Do we?"

"Have you ever seen vets lugging around bows and quivers of arrows?"

"But we're going into the jungle to treat wild boars!"

"Exactly. We're going to treat them, not hunt them. By the time we get there, they'd be too busy feeling pain to remember that humans can be edible."

"All right."

"You don't sound convinced."

"I am. See? I am very convinced and very ready."

"Hmm. Well, just remember that the wild boars aren't the only things I'll be watching. And you know I have a long, strong memory."
