No, wait, it doesn't work like that. She can guess that he's lying, or that he's slanting the truth, because Aizen seems to be the sort of person who uses the truth to support his line of argument whatever it is, or --
She can believe that he's telling the truth and her friends are in danger, and that the only way she can save them is to surrender.
Or she can have faith in her friends. No choice at all, really, is there?
