Once, sometimes, so long ago, Hinamori daydreamed of protecting him. Impossible that he should need her protection, he is so strong, so clever; but even so, to be the one who was there, who saved him . . .
Now she can only dream of a different sort of salvation, where she can prove that he was used and corrupted against his will, that he never meant for this to happen. Any of it.
She will save him. She will find whoever did this and they will burn. She swears this to her soul.
Tobiume! she calls, and her dreams blossom with fire.
