Peter David strongly implied that his Fallen Angel (who calls herself Lee) was Linda Danvers, who gave up the mantle of Supergirl after failing to save Kara Zor-el from her fate and losing everything that mattered to her in the process. When Kara first came to earth, Linda found and mentored her. And maybe that’s not all.
Summary: Having turned down a sexual proposition from madam Bumper Ruggs, then helping her sort out a disagreement with Sachs and Violenz, Fallen Angel (Lee) remembers her one night with Kara Zor-el.
