Zangetsu sits on the edge (side? top?) of one of the buildings and broods. The rain sheets past him, puddling in the folds of his coat.
"You ought to do something about this," Shirayuki informs him briskly. Her robe is perfect, unspotted by the water.
"I try," Zangetsu mutters.
"Talk to him," Shirayuki suggests helpfully. "Explain the situation. Have a reasonable dialogue. He doesn't seem to be stupid. Personally, I'd never allow this sort of situation in my wielder's soul."
"Isn't snow just frozen rain?" Zangetsu asks idly.
"That," Shirayuki states, withdrawing as smoothly as ice, "is hardly the point."
