With the years, he came to sleep most of the day. And in his dreams, the last centuries of killing and pillaging revived. In the exciting moments, he moved and grunted unconsciously over his treasure; after all these years, he wouldn't be able to sleep without it. When the dreams awakened him, he looked around to the golden pile and thought it was a most magnificent treasure, and he was proud of taking it from the Dwarves, for those pitiful creatures would never take it on the same esteem than him.
And with that thought he went back to sleep.
