Forbidden love was one of the most deep and tragic themes in romance literature. The yearnings of two people who were so close yet so far apart were one of the things Altessa would sigh heavily towards. Who could ever forget the star-crossed lovers in Romeo and Juliet, or howthe magpies brought two lovers together? Her parents had said that she, a budding girl, was too young to understand what true love was, and even Bright would sometimes describe the siugnificant difference between infatuation and love. Even so, if Altessa was in love, she knew that she was in love, and to her it didn't matter what age she was at.
Forbidden love was such a beautiful thing, and sometimes Altessa wished for one person to save her from her daily life. She never told anyone this, in fear of others laughing and making her feel inferior about her wish, but day after day, she dreamed that her little prince would finally arrive, proving to everyone else that love can't drive people apart.
