[February 21] [Fushigiboshi no Futago Hime] Tears of Yesterday
Title: Tears of Yesterday
Day/Theme: February 21 - 21. a thousand li
Series: Fushigiboshi no Futago Hime
Character/Pairing: Altessa
Rating: PG
Disclaimer: Altessa and all related titles are copyrighted to BIRTHDAY, Hal Film Maker, TV Tokyo, etc.
How far could one go without breaking another's promise?
Altessa closed her book with that question in her mind. After reading a very interesting tale about a man killing himself just to keep a simple promise, she wondered if there was someone that would do the same to her, or someone she would do the same for.
The first person that Altessa thought up was Bright, but then again, he was her brother, and that's what siblings were for. At the same time, he was her first and only friend; a companion to wipe away her tears and a comrade to express innermost thoughts.
She thought about her servants next. Of course they were serving her, but Altessa thought that probably if it came to a similar situation like the story she read, then of course they would not bother to keep their promises. Altessa didn't even know all of the names of the servants in the castle nor was she sure that she had seen them all.
Fine and Rein? Definitely... not.
Princess Sophie? Maybe, but Altessa was pretty sure that she wouldn't do the same for Sophie.
Altessa silently frowned and pushed the book back into its destined slot in a nearby bookcase.
Suddenly Auraa came up into Altessa's mind, quickly heaving a blush onto her face. Would Auraa commit suicide if he broke a promise with her? Altessa didn't know.... he seemed like he would, but at the same time, he seemed like he wouldn't. Would he ever, though, if he had the chance?
Altessa continued thinking about this situation until Bright called her away. Minutes later, the topic was forgotten altogether.
