Urd sat alone in her room, studying the bracelet that Troubadour had given her so long ago. She stared dully at its inscription: 'To Urd, From Troubadour'.

Why have I kept this thing?, she thought to herself. After the way he... used me...

She held out the bracelet, and began to recite a quick spell of destruction.

But she began to cry instead.

Her tears fell on the bracelet. Unlike the seal on the Scroll of Golden Verse, a goddess' tears of love couldn't undo the words inscribed on the bracelet... or the memories sewn into the fabric of time.
