Mara was walking through the Nekomi Tech campus, contemplating her schemes to rid herself of the goddesses, when she suddenly overheard-- disco music.

As she began to dance involuntarily, she saw an open auditorium doorway. She quickly half-ran, half-danced into the auditorium, to avoid bringing attention to herself.

And then, a DJ spoke over the music, without interrupting it. "Welcome to the First Annual Nekomi Tech Dance Marathon!! We have a big cash prize for the last person dancing to non-stop Disco 'Til You Drop!!"

Mara whimpered. The prize was as good as hers-- if she survived to collect it.
