Night had fallen on the now-quiet land, and Bright found himself reading a book to Altessa again. He had just received a new book of myths that seemed too intriguing to not read, and shared it with Altessa. Bright read about a mystical being who could grant an ordinary person the highest rank without ever being on a throne.
Altessa blinked as she huddled close to Bright, staring at the print tattooed onto the book's pages. Staring up at her brother, she asked,"Onii-sama, have you ever been visited by that creature before?"
Bright looked surprised and halted his reading. "I'm not really sure,"he finally admitted, thoughtfully looking up at the ceiling. "Sometimes dreams escape my mind every so often. When I wake up, I don't even remember what I've dreamed of."
"I'm positive that it's visited you before. You don't know it yet."
"Maybe." Bright shrugged.
"Onii-sama, you're such a good person towards others. Who wouldn't want you to have a good omen like this?"
"It may be considered a good omen,"agreed Bright, "but it's only a tale. Besides, to become king depends on which road you want to take in life."
Altessa grinned. "You'll be king someday. I know it. You would make a very good king."
Bright smiled. "Thanks, Altessa."
Unbeknownst to Bright, their conversation had just been a foreshadow of his future.
Who would've known that a few years later, Bright would try to force people into making him king of the Mysterious Planet?
