"Skuld?" asked Keiichi. "Have you been working on Banpei again?"

"Yes," Skuld said. "Why?"

"I think you've accidentally altered its core personality, or overloaded its logic circuitry, or something. It's lost what little moral judgment it had, and it's turned into a soulless homicidal psychopath."

As if on cue, Banpei lumbered into the room, holding a ray-gun and a bathroom plunger. "EX-TER-MIN-ATE!!" the usually silent robot shrieked. "EX-TER-MIN-ATE!!"

Skuld squee'ed. "Isn't that just the cutest thing ever!?"

Banpei fired its ray-gun just past Keiichi, burning a smoking hole in the far wall of the room.

"No," said Keiichi. "It isn't."
