A Walk With Chaos
Walking tightropes in the sky, footsteps leaving trails of stardust and a blackness that is colder than night and more empty than any void - that is what Ulquiorra does when the sun goes down. He surveys the domain of mortals, passes them like an icy breath of wind that raises bumps on their skin and makes their hair stand on end. There's no beauty in being a ghost, but Ulquiorra doesn't see in color anyway. Everything is black and white in his world.
Ulquiorra is a monster. Aizen has told him this and he understands it, but he does have loyalities and he feels the emotions of disdain, anger, indifference, and duty. These things are what raises him and his kind above the rest.
He knows he has regrets, he just can't remember what they are.
One day there would be a king in heaven and Ulquiorra would set his eyes upon it, locking forever that sight within the confines of blue-green irises, to be played back at the whim of his master.
He is only a creature, but he can dream.
He is creating in the midst of destroying, building by tearing down, seeing by blinding himself.
For only in chaos is he really alive.
