Luka grinned. That hadn't taken nearly as much time or effort as he'd anticipated, the new tweak to that spell had worked perfectly, and revenge felt absolutely delicious. As if some pompous upstart could suddenly appear and start making outrageous claims and not expect retaliation. Luka was well-aware of some of the things he'd done but come on...
He wasn't entirely worried about repairing his reputation; anyone who knew him knew better and anyone who didn't wouldn't believe him anyway. It'd work out.
Now to see how Neo was doing...
