"Mmm..." Reid buried his head in the pillow, shying away from the bright lights. The yellow, the white— why was it so bright?
"C'mon, new day. Get up, kid." Morgan chuckled, throwing his night shirt off his head, unbuckling his pants with one hand as he rummaged for a work shirt.
"It's five in the morning, Morgan." Reid groaned, whining.
"Yeah, and ain't that about time to get up?" The older man shimmied, happy to listen to the birds chirping and the sounds of nature as he rose to his routine.
"Five." Reid repeated aggressively. He lifted his head from the pillow, eyes traveling over the strong contours and smooth lines of Derek's body. "It's five. Five isn't time to get up."
Derek Morgan glew in the early morning light, skin lit a soft orange, dark eyes soft and light and beautiful. In comparison, Reid felt a zombie, a soul weighed down by a skin suit.
"Sure it is. Would you look at that?" He grinned, "The sun's all up."
Reid glared.
"And that doesn't mean it's time to get up."
