Felix was either going to kiss him or kill him. That much was obvious, and while Dimitri certainly preferred the idea of the former, if it was the latter, then he needed to find out why.
It was dark, late, and Felix had asked for his presence in an out-of-the-way chamber that neither of them frequented.
Maybe Felix wasn't sure what he was going to do, either.
Dimitri chuckled despite himself as he reached for the door's latch.
Inside, Felix sat with a bottle of wine and a low fire in a small hearth.
Dimitri would accept what was offered.
