The way Robin was looking at her suggested that he'd figured out what she was up to. Lissa just smiled anyway. One crack and she might as well just start confessing and it was too early for that. Besides, she had a Plan B and a Plan C this time. Robin would probably be proud of her for the amount of thought she'd put into it all...

"Working on my knitting," she finally said, fishing an impressively-holey partial scarf from her pocket. The needles had been stabbing dully at her, but they were worth it.

"This early?" Robin questioned.

"Yup. I... thought I might have better luck after a good night's rest." That wasn't entirely a lie. She knew she was useless at domestic tasks despite her efforts, and it was frustrating, but... It also made for good cover.

Robin clearly didn't trust her, and he had good reason, but he finally nodded.

"Good luck with it," he said before shuffling off down the hallway. Lissa blinked and sighed, tucking the knitting back to likely unravel.

And then, two steps later, she realized...

Robin had been in Chrom's rooms, and it was way too early for her brother to be up, so--

Ah, that explained it all.

Maybe she'd actually see about a bit of knitting. What she'd learned was far better than anything she could do with--

Right. First she had some worms to put back in the garden.

She still had Plan B and Plan C, after all.
