Sakura was not the first princess that Niles had ever kissed.

She was certainly, however, the most dangerous.

Her kisses were not the flirty holiday merriment of Princess Camilla, nor the chaste-but-very-on-the-mouth kisses of Princess Elise at play. Sakura's kisses were unskilled and hesitant yet bold and utterly intoxicating.

She meant them, with her body pressed against Niles', her hands on his shoulders and his hands on her back. He could slide one lower, he knew, and one higher to tangle in Sakura's hair. But the game was still on her move, as much as it could still be a game at all. And Niles knew better than to overplay his hand. At least, perhaps, until Sakura got a little more curious with her hands...

Sakura shifted against him, there in the little dark corner she'd caught him in to quickly talk-- She'd kissed him enthusiastically, slowly parting her lips and now Niles was reaping every benefit of that enthusiasm. He could taste her mouth fully, though the sweetness might be his imagination. She had seemed surprised, at first, by his tongue but she hadn't pulled away.

Eventually, she would. She'd need to look at him.
