"Are you sure?" Marth questioned, looking to Kris and then back to the pages in front of him. Proclamations, explanations, declarations... Mentions of leaders and royalty from all areas, but not a pause for the one who'd done so much for him.
"I'm sure," Kris replied. "I'm not anybody and I don't need to be. History will need tales of grand heroes, after all, and those are better found elsewhere. I'm just a soldier with a fondness for strange hats."
Marth smiled and then nodded. Kris had a point, as always.
Especially-- Especially about the hats.
History could skip those.
