For July, we'll be celebrating the work of Georges Méliès, one of the greatest early film directors and such a master of special effects that to this day, nobody is quite sure how he achieved some of them.

You may know him for A Trip to the Moon, which inspired the video for the Smashing Pumpkins' Tonight, Tonight.

While many of his films have been lost, quite a few survive. Here's a few titles from both categories, perhaps to inspire your own masterpieces.
