This was ... peculiar.
Yes, that was a good word for it. Peculiar. Pulled free of the Lifestream's clutch, drawn through some crystalline existence; and now he found himself standing somewhere new, flesh once again, in a new body not of his creation, while his mind jigsawed itself into place.
Even Masamune weighed heavy in his hand.
A clever touch.
Oh and there was the instigator of this invitation to a new world. Of his own height, but with hair black as coal and eyes like two chips of ice.
And two swords.
Buster and katana.
Well now.
