"Then you try hiking up the mountain to the shrine and back all day and see if you're still dubious."
Seiji's expression was half challenging and half weirdly guilty; which, on a moment's reflection, didn't surprise Touma one bit. But that hardly stopped him from teasing, either. He nudged at Seiji's feet with sneakered toes.
"I thought we Troopers were tougher than that --"
"Not all of us have the luxury of flying."
Ouch! Well, fair. Touma grinned and started down the path, pointedly and firmly on the ground.
"But do they even make them in tabi ~?"
