Sometimes Shin just ... wanted to go clamdigging. No fussing with schedules, no calling up the guys, no worrying about classes or work or saving the world (again) --
So he did, the first chance he got.
Wandering the sandy beach, nudging the sand with his toes, watching for telltale divots in the beach that marked his 'prey', little clam rake at the ready ...
And no wisecracks about me doing it, either. That's the best part.
It was relaxing, and relaxing was exactly what he needed. Relaxing, refreshing, and would end with fresh seafood for dinner; what more could he ask for?
