"No can do," Kyon said. "They lock their door to keep us out."

"Oh." Haruhi turned to Mikuru. "Could you borrow one from the Calligraphy Club?"

"Ever since you kidnapped me away," Mikuru said, "they just run away from me."

"Is everybody in this school scared of us?" Haruhi asked.

"I'm afraid so," Kyon said, "but it's not too late to make amends and—"

"This is GOOD," a malevolent Haruhi said thoughtfully. "I can USE this."

"Welp," Kyon said to the others, "we're screwed."
