Sasami and Ayeka greeted Ryoko as she returned from a trip to the shops.
"YOU took YOUR sweet time," Ayeka sniffed.
"Aw, gimme a break," Ryoko grumbled. "You know the bridge is out, right? I had to walk half a kilometer out of my way going AND returning."
"Ryoko?" asked Sasami. "Why didn't you just teleport across the bridge? Surely you could teleport across such a short distance."
Ryoko blinked, opened and closed her mouth once or twice, and then teleported away in anger.
"Sasami?" said Ayeka. "I wish you hadn't said that until AFTER she dropped off the groceries."
