Kyon found Haruhi working on a brand-new computer. "Where did THAT come from— never mind," Kyon said.

Haruhi pointed to the PC she had taken from the Computer Society. "Throw that away."

"Can't," Kyon said. "You have to recycle computers."

"Then recycle it!"

"The school doesn't recycle computers," Kyon said, "and I'm not carrying it downhill and across town."

"Well, do SOMETHING with it!" Haruhi yelled.

Yuki walked up, picked up the CPU, carried it to her reading chair, and held it like an adopted kitten.

"...oh," Haruhi said. "Well, problem solved."

"She'll give it a good home," Kyon agreed.
