“Dipper!” cried Mabel, “Postcard from our Grunkles!”
“Oh boy!” Dipper rushed to the front door. “What’s it say?”
Mabel started reading. “Dear Dipper and Mabel, hope you’re doing fine. Me and Ford still miss you, but our aim yadda yadda. Anyway, we found a hydra yesterday!”
“Ooh! I wanna hear more!” said Dipper.
Mabel continued. “Ford tried to capture it, but it beat the crap outta him. Would’ve killed him, too, if we hadn’t run away. Anyway his eye’s still bleeding, so we’re getting him a doctor. Love, Stan and Ford.”
Dipper palled. “So glad I didn’t take Ford’s apprenticeship.”
