"Do you always have to be so careful, Apple?" Sheena purred, "I mean, I understand sometimes it's good to avoid surprises, like on the battlefield, but sometimes if life you've gotta take a chance or two. Where's the fun in planning out everything down to the last tiniest detail?"
She had fallen for him, yes, had kissed him on the day the war was officially declared done. Things had progressed from there. She had met his parents (though she had already known them from the war past). She was in his arms now.
But marriage. It seemed so final.
