Picking through Burmecia with Zindane, Vivi and Quina is the hardest thing Freya has done. She's yet to see anyone who isn't critically wounded beyond her ability to doctor with a potion, and she wishes that Dagger had made for the fallen city: perhaps a white mage could stem the tide. But probably not.
Part of Freya's heart knows that if the king is still here, it is because his corpse was left for scavengers, but she keeps moving. She's never been able to give up hope in slim chances, after all, and she will not fail here.
