They were going undercover, and Rosette was cooing over the fancy dress she would be wearing, holding it up. "Look, Chrono, it's so soft and silky. I'm going to look beautiful in this."
The truth was, it wasn't Rosette's looks that made her striking, but the vitality she carried with her wherever she went, regardless of whether she was in silk and satin or her exorcist's habit. But he wasn't sure how to make that come out right, or how Rosette would take it. So he nodded, and said instead, 'Here, get changed and let me help with your hair'.
