(Sept 19) (DC Checkmate) Lapse

Day/Theme: September 19 // I've got my finger on the trigger and you're in my way
Series: Checkmate (DC)
Character/Pairing: Sasha, Fire, hints of Sasha/Mr. Terrific
A/N: So, I've really only read volume 1 and the checkmate/outsiders crossover for this series. There also might be some inconsistencies with characters speech (I have yet to master wit). Also, this is pre DCnU because I have yet to touch that.
Summary: Love's funny that way. She thinks she gets it now.
