5 September - Original - Where Dreams Lie
Title: Where Dreams Lie
Day/Theme: 5 September- "Do you know what side of the glass you are on?"

He wondered what went through her mind when she withdrew from him, deep inside her head where he couldn’t follow - he wondered, what thoughts kept her awake in the darkness.
Sometimes when she talked in her sleep he was able to follow her journey deep under red skies and purple landscapes, the grasses which would brush against her thigh deep, he understood her in these moments even if for a brief moment in time when everything stopped and the world ceased to turn – only to start up again a second later.
But it was in that one second that stretched the length of his hand and then ten, that he understood that she balanced herself between the two and over there, he may not be able to touch her, but here in the instance of deep sleep he could only watch and hope that when she woke, that wherever she went, it fixed whatever it was broken inside of her.
