Fog wraps the town tightly. In the gray streets building after building stands empty. Silent Hill is made of anger now, of long-pent rage and a touch of sadness.
A girl no one has seen stirs in her painful dreams and lifts a finger. A dog appears, running and whimpering. Nightmares and agony made this.
A bird flies with a hideous cry, sharp beak piercing the fog. It may die, but the anger will not.
Shadowy children made of memory crowd a schoolroom. No one is here, including them.
The girl stirs in her sleep with a tear on her cheek, a murmured word on her lips.
"Daddy."
