“Why do I need a new Evac suit?” Diana whined as Belle pushed her into the puddle of light that filtered in through the plastic “sky”light. She felt somewhat usurped by her companion, who had a much more noble carriage. She hadn’t realized at the time that she was rescuing a fashion consultant from the astroroids.
“Because you’ve grown since you last one was fitted, of course,” Belle said, reaching for the zipper of the old suit in question.
“I have not,” Diana said, shaking free.
“You have,” Belle asserted, and grasped Diana’s ample bosom. Diana could only stare in the face of this uncharacteristic directness.
“Right here. I think you must have reached the 3rd measurement in C,” Belle stated, tracing the stretch marks in the fabric to prove her point. Diana yielded to something other than logic.
“You’re right, it does feel too tight, now that you mention it…”
