22 July - Original - Decisions.
Title: Decisions
Day/Theme: July 22 – “It was harder to learn to be free.”

She watched and learnt his every movement, from the strides he would make there was a certain cadence to his steps, not so much as fluid, as marking his every precision as if the steps were speaking their own language over the cobbles.
The darkness gave warmth to her face, and the blood which raced under his veins made her saliva run free.. or she imagined that’s what it felt like when one was hungry, these urges to possess of another just to satiate.
It was easier to give in than to resist her nature, the very beat and pulse spoke to her clearly like a Renfield who would cast their clothes in the candlelight, only to walk towards the bed, dirty and grimy – of whom was the dirtiest she could never tell, the body or the bed.
He was calling her home, she slid quietly around the cartons, and putrid smells of gutters full of waste and disease, casting her eyes over him once more, before disappearing from the alleyway.
It was easier to love another than be free to rot away.
