Summary: Conversations.
The ember of the cigarette was just enough to provide a burnt light to the face; he could smell the rain heavy in the air, battling against the warmth and the still of the night sky. The storm clouds were hanging wretchedly just over the horizon he mused to himself, such beauty in the chaos.
He pondered, on the aspects that things weren’t as they seemed, they were merely objectives that had to be sought, lines that had to be crossed and then triple crossed against the checklist that these particulars were never defined, mutable and prone to dissolving under transgressions and tenuous arguments or thorough digging of fingers into flesh to find the truth.
The Archangel flicked his cigarette, with only an arched eyebrow indicating that he had heard the ponderous precision' of the man in front of him.
