The death I've brought you will be quick and easy. Properly placed, my explosions will rip you to shreds faster than Mustang's fire would ever savage you, than McDougal's water would freeze or boil you, than Comanche's silver blades would cut, Grand's cannons and chains and hooks would strike their mark, or Perry's electricity would fry you- Fine, perhaps I'm biased.
...Armstrong's stone would never arrive at all. Perhaps in that case, you'd die of fear.
My Ishvalan kin, don't fear that I will trouble you any more than I have to- what I have to will be enough. Don't think that I hurt you to amuse myself- it's only what my government has asked me to do. For my own sake, it could be anyone. For my own pleasure, it would never have had to be you. Amestrian, Xingese, Drachman, Ishvalan- every one of them bursts and bleeds the same.
Of course, you won't notice that it's quick and easy- only I will take note of that part. For you it will be bloody and excruciating. ...But remember, you needn't do a thing but die and it will only feel like forever.
