Toph walked up to the wall and paused. Sneaking out of her parent's guarded estate couldn't really be that easy could it? She could sense that both guards who were supposed to watch the periphery were standing outside the main entrance around the corner from her. All it would take was the slightest movement of her foot and she could easily earthbend a door in the stone wall. And sure enough one tiny feat of earthbending later found Toph on the other side of the wall. As she snuck away it occurred to her that if it was that easy to escape then it must be that easy for anyone to break in too. Perhaps she should tell her parents how ineffective their security really was? But what was the point? She wasn't the weak blind girl her parents thought she was. She could take herself. In fact, anyone did break in she would know and she could deal with them. That thought brought a huge grin to her face. She smacked her fist against her palm a few times, she'd deal with them alright.
