AUTHOR'S NOTES: This, indeed, will appear in my novel (if I ever manage to finish it, that is) and I rather like how it came out, even though it may appear sappy and fluffy - it isn't. It's a rare moment of peace for these two and they are, in a way, forced to cherish it.
(It felt as if she, by thrusting her arm skywards, could caress the surface of each celestial body.)
