[Sept 11] [One Piece] Thoughts in Turmoil
Title: Thoughts in Turmoil
Series: One Piece
Day/Theme: Sept 11 - "a desire to save the world from chaos"
Character: Tashigi
Rating: PG
A/N: Just a quick 100-word spurt of Tashigi's thoughts when she let them go in Alabasta. I went lazy for a day.
~!~
Thoughts in Turmoil
~!~
She hated him. He was an evil man with swords that were crying for release. She would be doing the right thing, taking them from him.
She should arrest them all. They were pirates. She was a marine. It was the right thing to do.
But...
They had saved the country.
So with a grimace, she ordered them not to arrest the pirates. She stared at the swords of Roronoa Zoro and resisted the urge to take them now.
Because oddly enough, they almost looked happy with him. She hated it, hated him. Damn the swords, she didn't care anymore...
~!~
A/N: If I didn't have work, I would've explored the concept with more than a 100-word drabble. But I think it's a nice sum-up of Tashigi's thoughts at that moment in Alabasta.
