[Sept. 8] [Durarara!!] Going Soft

Author's comment: Continuing in the theme of characters chosen as topic by sister... Also, possible spoiler warning.
Celty had come to two indisputable conclusions over the past few days regarding her ridiculous husband.
First, Shinra was a bad influence. With all his goofing off and relaxing and teasing, she was really starting to let her guard down. She had actually caught herself lazing around a few days ago instead of going straight to work. She certainly wouldn't have engaged in that behavior if she'd had any deliveries already lined up for the morning, but...that she had even lounged about in her underwear as long as she did... Well, in the past it would've been unheard of from her. Celty was a focused, responsible individual. A certain underground doctor could do his worst. She would never end up so completely lackadaisical as him. After all, there would always be people like Orihaya Izaya to keep her on her toes.
Anyway, Celty had always taken her work and other goals very seriously. A bit of seriousness was in her nature. She would never lose it entirely.
...And as far as her husband was concerned, Celty's second conclusion completely negated any annoyance she might have felt like bringing up in regard to the first conclusion. It was simple. As dorky as he was, no matter how many stupid things he did, she loved him.
